Holiday Surprises.

I suppose I could entertain you with my complaints about the lack of snow thus far this winter. Perhaps a few words on the sad reality that Corrie has once again come down with a case of strep throat a mere two days before the 25th. Since no one wants to hear me complain any more than I want to type it all out we’ll skip right past it to something more in line with the season.

A parcel arrived in the mail today which sort of surprised me since I wasn’t expecting any deliveries. Of course as soon as I saw the parcel I knew who it was from as they are the only person I know who uses such obscene quantities of duct tape when sending mail. Once the parcel was open the surprises continued as inside was was a letter I have now read three of four times since it arrived. Each time it brings a smile to my face and those few words have been the highlight of the holiday season thus far. So to my secret santa I’d like to pass along my heart felt thanks. You really did make my day.

To the rest of you I hope you all have a safe and happy holiday season.

Hi gang! Sounds like you had a great Christmas.. Chloe also had strep throat and went to Dana’s dad to get some antibiotics on the 23rd and Lara went on the 24th with a sinus infection which with flying had caused a brutal headache for days! In spite of that we had fun! Love Aunt Bev

Hi Corrie.. check out Lara’s journey on facebook… she has amazing pictures there.. I know that you and Ryan would be very interested in what she is showing.. terrace gardening, living roof, use of gray water, etc. Hope you are feeling better.
